it is rare that you actually get a response from anyone. For someone
of such status to take the time to even read my message really means
a lot. I knew if anyone would try it would be you. I can't thank you
enough for that. One of the things I have always loved about Metallica is that they surround themselves with people like you who share and appreciate those that love them. I would imagine in your business it is often the behind-the-scenes people like you who get overlooked by the fans. On behalf of myself and Jon, we think your love of the band has shone through by helping out fans time and time again.
